Create a Zoom Meeting with the Google GSuite App

How do I use the GSuite App to create a Zoom meeting?


  • Go to Google Calendar and create an event
  • Enter in all relevant information for the meeting (Date, Times, Guests, etc.)
  • Click on "Add video conferencing" and select "Zoom Meeting" and it will populate in the conferencing details.
  • Additional details for the meeting can be accessed by clicking the blue Zoom icon on the right side of the window you are working in.
  • Once you save the event, the Zoom link to join the meeting and all other connection information will send out to all participants in the notification.
