U-M Slack
Issue
I created a U-M Slack workspace synced to an MCommunity group or Canvas course, but some or all of the MCommunity group or Canvas course members cannot access the workspace.
Resolution
Most sync issues are due to needing to wait until the next sync runs.
- Workspace membership is synced every 12 hours at approximately 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern time (12 AM and 12 PM UTC)
- If the issue persists for more than 24 hours, contact ITS for assistance
