Site owners, typically instructors, may find it useful to grant permissions to others to help manage the Lecture Recording site for a course or event. GSIs, program coordinators, departmental administrators and any other support personnel who are given managing permissions can make edits, cancel recordings, request/correct captions, change viewer permissions, publish recordings, and more.
Users have the ability to zoom in or out and change the angle of the Lecture Recording camera when using the podium computer. In the vast majority of LSA classrooms, this also controls the camera for Zoom meetings. See article titled LSA spaces with Lecture Recording systems to see a full list of spaces where this feature is available.
At the beginning of every lecture recording, the camera will readjust to a preset angle. If you would like to change this starting angle for any course using Lecture Recording that you manage, please visit the Lecture Recording Management Page, then select the Create Recording option associated with any course.
