Access a Zoom Recording Via A Shared Link

Environment

Zoom, Zoom Cloud Recording 

Issue

A Zoom Recording link has been shared with you and you need to know how to access the recording.

Resolution

1. Once you press the shared link for the Zoom Recording, you will be prompted to sign in
2. Sign in with SSO
   1. Underneath the "sign-in" button for other options to sign in, you will see where it says to sign in with SSO (indicated by a little key icon)
3. Type in umich for the company domain
   1. The domain should now be umich.zoom.us
4. The next page will ask you for your Uniqname and your password
   1. Use your UMICH password and enter your uniqname in lowercase
5. Once you sign in and authenticate, you will now be able to press the play button and view the Zoom Recording that was shared with you.
