U-M Zoom
Issue
When I log in to Zoom, I see a message, "You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions."
Resolution
If you see this message, it means you are attempting to login to Zoom using a method other than Single Sign On (SSO). The only method that you can use to login to U-M Zoom accounts is with SSO. For instructions on signing in with SSO, see Sign in to U-M Zoom.
