Zoom: Meeting and Webinar Participant/Attendee Limits

Issue

  • How many participants can I have in a Zoom meeting?
  • How many attendees can I have in a Zoom webinar?

Resolution

  • You can have up to 300 participants in a Zoom meeting.
  • You can have up to 1000 attendees in a Zoom webinar with a standard webinar license.
    • If you need to accommodate more than 1000 attendees, you can request a webinar license with up to 10,000 attendees.
      • These are extremely limited and can be checked out for one week at a time.
