Issue
How do I install Dropbox on a mobile device/phone?
Resolution
- Open your mobile device.
- Download the Dropbox mobile app:
- Click "Already have an account? Sign in."
- Enter your U-M email address in the field provided.
Do not enter your password or you will receive the following error: "Sign-in Failed. To use single sign-on, enter your email without a password."
- Sign in to U-M Weblogin after being redirected using your uniqname and UMICH password.
- Allow and authorize Dropbox to sign in using single sign-on.
Once you allow and authorize, you should have access to Dropbox on your mobile device.
