Issue
Dashboards (formerly Desktops) remain in a user's TDX account after a new version with the same name is pushed out to the user. Users can also modify and delete Dashboards that have been pushed to them.
Resolution
Change your Dashboard
- TeamDynamix.umich.edu > Users > House icon tab in the top menu.
- Click on the down arrow next to the name of the current Dashboard in the upper left see a list and select one to view.
Set your default Dashboard
- TeamDynamix.umich.edu > Users > House icon tab in the top menu.
- Click the gear icon/ Manage Dashboards in the upper right.
- Click the Set to the right of a dashboard's name.
Set a Dashboard to Auto Refresh
- TeamDynamix.umich.edu > Users > House icon tab in the top menu.
- Click the gear icon/ Manage Dashboards in the upper right.
- In the Manage Desktops list that appears, click the Dashboard you want to auto refresh.
- Click the Details Tab.
- Click the "Enable Auto Refresh" box.
- The refresh period is 5 minutes. Can view by hovering over the refresh icon, displays in seconds.
Remove Dashboard(s)
- TeamDynamix.umich.edu > Users > House icon tab in the top menu.
- Click the gear icon/ Manage Dashboards in the upper right.
- In the Manage Dashboards list that appears, click the Delete button to the right of a dashboard's name.
Determine which is the most recent version of a dashboard with the same name
- TeamDynamix.umich.edu > Users > House icon tab in the top menu.
- Click the gear icon/ Manage Dashboards in the upper right.
- In the Manage Dashboards list that appears, view the Created Date and Time, sort as needed.
