Deauthorize (disable) Zoom Integration for Remote Office Hours Queue

Issue

I have previously authorized Remote Office Hours Queue to connect to my U-M Zoom account, but I now want to remove this authorization (disable the integration). How do I do this?

Resolution

Note: removing this integration will prevent you from hosting meetings in Remote Office Hours Queue using Zoom. If you attempt to host meetings in Remote Office Hours Queue using Zoom after removing the integration, you will be prompted to re-authorize the integration.

1. Navigate to https://marketplace.zoom.us/
2. Click Sign In in the upper right
3. Click Sign In with SSO
4. Enter umich as the domain and click Continue
5. Click Manage in the upper right
6. Click Installed Apps on the left
7. Click Uninstall next to U-M Remote Office Hours Queue
   • If you do not see U-M Remote Office Hours Queue in the list, then you have not authorized the integration and no further action is needed to deauthorize the integration
