How do I view a list of queues that I host?
How do I navigate to the queue management page for a queue I host?
Resolution
Login to Remote Office Hours Queue:
Navigate to
https://officehours.it.umich.edu/
Click Login
Login with U-M Weblogin
There are 3 ways to navigate to a list of your queues, and you may use any method you choose (they all go to the same page):
From any page in Remote Office Hours Queue: /hover over your uniqname in the upper right corner, then click Manage Queues
From the
homepage
of Remote Office Hours Queue: Click Manage Your Own Queues below the search box
Navigate directly to the page at
https://officehours.it.umich.edu/manage/
Click the queue you want to manage from the list to navigate to the queue's management page. The queue's management page allows you to change settings, open and close the queue, meet with attendees, and more!
