How do I invite other users to a Zoom meeting in progress?
Resolution
There are a few options for inviting users to a Zoom meeting that is already in progress. Learn more about how to invite someone.
Note: Of the methods listed in the Zoom documentation, Contacts and Desk Phones are not options available in U-M Zoom.
The most reliable method to invite someone is to copy the meeting link (and other relevant joining information like passcode if there is one for the meeting) and send it to them through a messaging app or email. Learn how to find your meeting information if you are the host of the meeting. Learn how to locate the meeting ID of any meeting you are in.
