University of Michigan Campus Computing Sites Printers
Issue
Viewing current or historic print balances, for University of Michigan affiliates with a Sites Printing allocation.
Resolution
Note: Currently, the MPrint account pages can only be accessed via an on campus networked computer, MWireless from a personal machine, or by using the UM Campus VPN.
- Connect to https://accounts.miprint.it.umich.edu
- Log in to MPrint with your uniqname and password
- View Account Balances on the main page
- Current Balance for the current term is shown as "Balance"
- "Recent Print Jobs" on the left hand bar will show all activity for the current term
- Click the Filter On button to specify an alternative set of dates
- Clear the Filter to see all log entries
Additional Information
- Print charges paid in Wolverine Access will not reflect or the MPrint account page
- When the new semester starts and allocations are reset, the old balance will go away
- Printing charges to the student account occur one month after they are incurred, once the allocation is empty
- For example, extra printing done in December will be charged in January
