Annoto Videos not showing up in Dashboard Hub

Issue

I have a video published in the Media Gallery or embedded into Canvas course content, but that video is not displaying on the Annoto Dashboard Hub tab.

Resolution

Common Reasons

• The video may have been published in the course prior to enabling Annoto (this can occur when importing a previous Canvas course with embedded videos).
• The video was published in the Media Gallery (including importing a Media Gallery from a previous course).

Solution

• The video has to load in the player once before it will show up on the Annoto Dashboard.
• If the video is embedded, navigate to the page. There is no need to play the video, it just has to load in the player.
• If the video is published in the Media Gallery, navigate to the Media Gallery and click on the video to load the player.
