MiVideo: New Quizzes Embedded Video Displays "umich.instructure.com refused to connect" In Student View

Issue

Viewing an embedded MiVideo video in a New Quizzes question while in Student View produces an "umich.instructure.com refused to connect" error message.

Resolution

This behavior is due to New Quizzes being an LTI.  To test a video embedded in New Quizzes it is recommended to use Preview rather than Student View, see How do I preview a quiz in New Quizzes?
