Issue
How can I turn my Zoom polls and quizzes into assignments in Canvas?
Resolution
NOTE: The Turning Zoom Polls into Assignments in Canvas feature is currently unavailable at Zoom's advisement. A new poll into assignments feature is being developed by Zoom, and once available will be tested and available pending approval.
This feature requires Zoom LTI 1.3 in Canvas. Zoom LTI 1.3 is only available in the Ann Arbor instance of Canvas.
Note: In order for this feature to work, students must be signed into their Zoom account when joining a meeting.
Follow these steps to enable this feature in Canvas and view student submissions.
Please note: When you click the “enable” or “disable” button, you should see a “Success!” notice at the top of the browser page, but this will be your only indication that the feature was enabled or disabled. Zoom is working on a feature request to make it clear to instructors what state the feature is in at any given time.
There are several restrictions to this feature. Be sure to review restrictions before using this feature.
