How to Apply
- Complete and submit the Child Care Subsidy Program application for the appropriate terms. Click the "Begin Application" button on this page to get started.
- US citizens and Permanent Residents must complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using School Code 002325. If you have already submitted a 2023-2024 FAFSA to apply for financial aid, do not submit it again.
- International students must attach tax return information to their Child Care Subsidy application. International students are not required to submit the FAFSA, but may need to provide 2021 tax information.
When to Apply
- Spring/Summer: Students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as applicants will be funded on a first-come, first-served basis. The application for this term is made available in February, and notifications will be sent to eligible applicants in mid-April. Funding may be limited; should funding be exhausted, the application will be removed from this site.
- Fall/Winter: Students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as applicants will be funded on a first-come, first-served basis.
