Several web-based applications exist to help faculty, staff, and students in College of Engineering departments gain deeper insight into University data, and use it in ways that improve day-to-day productivity.

The Course Approval Request Form (CARF) system is a way for College of Engineering departments to request and approve new courses, or modify/delete existing courses, and have those changes vetted and approved (or denied) by departmental and College curriculum committees.

The Online Purchasing System (OPS) is a web-based tool for managing purchasing and procurement workflow within a department or unit.

The College of Engineering Faculty Activity Report (FAR) system is intended to collect information about the diverse activities and achievements of faculty, and to make those data available for analysis by leadership at the departmental and College levels.

The College of Engineering Honors and Awards (HAA) system is permitted only to designated administrators and award nomination staff.
