Issue
- I am a new employee (new hire) at the university and I previously had a U-M Dropbox account; how long does it take to reactivate my U-M Dropbox account?
- I am a newly sponsored affiliate at the university and I previously had a U-M Dropbox account; when can I access my U-M Dropbox account?
- I am now an active student at the university and I previously had a U-M Dropbox account; when will I be able to login to U-M Dropbox?
Resolution
Dropbox will reactivate about 24 hours after records reflect your new affiliation.
