How long does it take to reactivate my U-M Dropbox account?

Resolution

  • Your U-M Dropbox account should reactivate about 24 hours after HR records reflect your new affiliation.
  • You can check MCommunity to view your current affiliations: https://mcommunity.umich.edu/person/[youruniqname]
  • If it has been more than 24 hours since your records were updated to an active affiliation, contact the ITS Service Center for assistance.

Additional Information

Your previous U-M Dropbox account may have been deleted if more than 90 days have passed since you lost your active affiliation and gained a new one.
