Issue

- New employee (new hire) at the university, and I previously had a U-M Dropbox account.
- Newly sponsored affiliate at the university, and I previously had a U-M Dropbox account.
- Active student at the university, and I previously had a U-M Dropbox account.
How long does it take to reactivate my U-M Dropbox account?
Resolution
- Your U-M Dropbox account should reactivate about 24 hours after HR records reflect your new affiliation.
- You can check MCommunity to view your current affiliations: https://mcommunity.umich.edu/person/[youruniqname]
- If it has been more than 24 hours since your records were updated to an active affiliation, contact the ITS Service Center for assistance.
Additional Information
Your previous U-M Dropbox account may have been deleted if more than 90 days have passed since you lost your active affiliation and gained a new one.
