Recover a Recently Deleted Zoom Cloud Recording

Issue

I recently deleted a Zoom cloud recording and now I need to recover it.  

Resolution

  1. Navigate to https://umich.zoom.us/recording
  2. If there are any cloud recording in the trash, there will be a 'Trash' link in the top right. Click this link to see any deleted cloud recordings within the past 30 days
  3. Click the 'Recover' link on the right

Please Note: If the cloud recording is deleted and no longer in the trash, it is gone forever. There is nothing that can be done to get it back.
