Issue

Is there a way to have a Knowledge Base alert that lets people know a knowledge base article hasn’t been updated in a certain period of time?

Resolution

  • You can set up reports that look at the creation/publication dates of the Knowledge Base articles to show you older Knowledge Base Articles
    • You can have reports emailed to someone if needed
