Issue

We would like to customize the email response & ticket template fields (e.g., footers, etc.) associated with our Campus Ticketing app under a TeamDynamix neighbor.

Resolution

  • TeamDynamix does provide the capability to establish templates
    • Some of the customization features are controlled at the neighbor admin level (e.g., email footers)
    • We suggest working with your neighbor admin team to help develop a plan for your templates
