Issue
How do I resolve a "Queue Connection" and/or "User Connection" error?
Resolution
This is a browser issue that may be resolved by trying the following (start with the first step, and if that doesn't resolve the error(s), try the next step, etc.):
- Ensure you are using one of the ROHQ-supported browsers: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox (desktop or mobile)
- Refresh the ROHQ page (and, if prompted, log in with U-M Weblogin after refreshing)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies (Clear Cache and Cookies (Temporary Internet Files) in Multiple Browsers)
- Log out of ROHQ and back in
- Use an incognito or private browser window
- Use a different supported browser altogether
- Make sure that you are connected to the internet and are not having connectivity issues
