Remote Office Hours Queue (ROHQ)


How do I resolve a "Queue Connection" and/or "User Connection" error?


This is a browser issue that may be resolved by trying the following (start with the first step, and if that doesn't resolve the error(s), try the next step, etc.):

  1. Ensure you are using one of the ROHQ-supported browsers; refer to the ROHQ documentation for the list of currently supported browsers
  2. Refresh the ROHQ page (and, if prompted, log in with U-M Weblogin after refreshing)
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies (
  4. Log out of ROHQ and back in
  5. Use an incognito or private browser window
  6. Use a different supported browser altogether
  7. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and are not having connectivity issues
