Removing a Responsible Group from TeamDynamix

Issue

How do I remove a Responsible Group in TeamDynamix that is not being used?

Resolution

Removing a TeamDynamix Responsible Group is a two-part process:  

  1. Remove the MCommunity Group that is associated with the TeamDynamix Group by following the steps in Knowledge Article KB3982.
  2. Have the group removed from TeamDynamix by submitting a Request to ITS.
