Issue
I can't upload/attach my file in eResearch.
When I try to +Add a file to a project (e.g., study, proposal, protocol), I get a "The custom error module does not recognize this error." message. The error occurs regardless of whether the OK or OK and Add Another option is used.
Resolution
See Recommended File Types for a list of accepted file formats. If you must provide documents that are in other file types, check if the document can be converted to one of the accepted formats before uploading. Files can be no larger than 268 MB.
