Issue

I need help with the Pearson Canvas LTIs

Resolution

• Pearson has two LTIs that are currently installed in Canvas: Pearson and Pearson MyLab and Mastering.  
• Both LTIs can be enabled by selecting from the course Settings > Navigation tab
• The Pearson LTI can be used for products such as REVEL
• Pearson MyLab and Mastering should be used for Pearson products with these associations (examples: Mastering Physics, MyEngineeringLab)

ITS does not have administrative access to Pearson systems.

Instructors and students needing assistance with account issues or how-to questions specific to the Pearson systems are encouraged to contact Pearson Support.
