Issue

I need help with the Pearson Canvas LTIs

Resolution

  • Pearson has one LTI 1.3 integration that is currently active in Canvas: Access Pearson (older LTI 1.1 versions - Pearson, and MyLab and Mastering - have been disabled and will be permanently removed from Canvas on Dec 19, 2024).
  • Access Pearson can be enabled by selecting from the course Settings > Navigation tab
  • Access Pearson can be used for products such as REVEL
  • Access Pearson should be used for Pearson products with these associations (examples: Mastering Physics, MyEngineeringLab)

ITS does not have administrative access to Pearson systems.

Instructors and students needing assistance with account issues or how-to questions specific to the Pearson systems are encouraged to contact Pearson Support.
