Issue

Dropbox storage limits for Team folders and shared folders.

Resolution

• Individual storage limits are 5TB.
• Shared folders are owned by the individual and count towards the storage quota (i.e., 5TB storage limit for individuals).
• Team folders are owned by the organization and do not count towards the storage quota (i.e., unlimited storage limit for Teams).
  • Complete the Dropbox Team Folders Request Form 
  • Only Mcommunity group OWNERS will be able to request a Team Folder
