Unable to Access Pages in Employee Self-Service as a New Employee

Issue

New hires may be unable to edit direct deposit information, view W2, paycheck, or see timesheet information in Employee Self-Service.  These may be blank or completely unavailable.

Resolution

  • Confirm you have completed Employee Validation
    • If Employee Validation was completed today - an overnight process will need to run to enable this access
  • Confirm that you have reached your start date
    • If it is a date in the future - functions will be enabled on that date

The ITS Service Center can check the status of employee validation or start date.
