Issue

TeamDynamix technicians need to monitor (watch, flag) updates to tickets they are not responsible for

Resolution

Choose either of the following options:

  • Flag the ticket (Actions Flag) and review periodically in TeamDynamix (Desktop (ITS Technician)> My Flagged Tickets). 
    • ​​​​​​​Note:  you won't receive any email notifications.
  • Add yourself as a contact to the ticket (People > +Add) and add a private note asking that you be added to any email notifications.
