ITS Ticketing Application in TeamDynamix
Issue
TeamDynamix technicians need to monitor (watch, flag) updates to tickets they are not responsible for
Resolution
Choose either of the following options:
	- Flag the ticket (Actions > Flag) and review periodically in TeamDynamix (Dashboard (ITS Technician)> My Flagged Tickets). 
	
		- Note:  you won't receive any email notifications.
 
	
	 
	- Add yourself as a contact to the ticket (People > +Add) and add a private note asking that you be added to any email notifications.
