Issue
I'm unable to make or receive calls via the Zoom Workplace app. Attempts to make calls via the Zoom Workplace app results in a "Call Failed" error.
Resolution
These issues can often be resolved by signing out of the Zoom Workplace app and signing back in. Instructions for signing out of the Zoom Workplace app and signing in are available in the knowledge articles linked below:
Issues not resolved by signing out and signing back in to the Zoom Workplace app should be directed to the ITS Service Center.
