Not Receiving Email From Kaltura/MiVideo

Issue

I'm not receiving an email from Kaltura to access information (e.g. CSV reports, bulk download links, etc.).

Resolution

Google may be picking up the email addresses from Kaltura as spam. To resolve this, go to your Gmail and perform the following steps for each of these emails:

  1. In the Gmail search box type "from: [email address]" (e.g. "from: download_video@kaltura.com").
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and click the link to view messages next to "Some messages in Trash or Spam match your search."
  3. Click the blocked message and choose "not spam."
  4. This will move the missing emails to your inbox and should keep this from happening again.
