Clearing Cache for MReports Access Visibility

Issue

Access to MReports has been granted, but the new information is not visible to the user.

Resolution

To resolve the issue of not being able to view newly granted information in MReports, follow these steps:

  1. Open your web browser in incognito mode.
  2. Log in to MReports using the direct URL: https://mreports.umich.edu.
  3. If the new information is visible in incognito mode, clear your browser's cache and delete browsing history.
