View or Pay Student Bills with Friend Account for Parents/Family

Issue

How do parents and family with Friend Accounts view their student's online bills?

Resolution

1. Navigate to Wolverine Access at https://wolverineaccess.umich.edu
2. Select Parents & Family tab (along the top)
3. Select "My Student's Information" link
4. Enter full email address as the username and the password you created with your Friend Account

• If the password is unknown, a password reset can be requested at this website: https://friend.weblogin.umich.edu/friend/account/

NOTE: if multiple students have authorized this email address, the drop-down menu at the top of the page can be selected to switch to a different student.
