Job Offer eForms

Use one of the following eForms for processing job offers for students, non-student temporary, graduate students, and faculty/staff.

Please note the following before submitting:
• Contingent offers/letters are highly encouraged if you are unsure if the background check will be completed timely before the proposed start date. Staff HR approval is required.
• Per Staff HR, HR Coordinators are asked to document the reason for a retro start date.
• If a remote I-9 is needed, then the remote I-9 must be first requested by the hiring department (or SSC HRC) to begin the process. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the remote I-9 unit will reach out for further processing.

Due to the SSC agreement with Michigan Medicine's Solution Center, we are unable to process job offers for Michigan Medicine. For questions or inquiries on how to process job offers, please reach out directly to the MM HR Solution Center.

Job Posting eForms

Use one of the following eForms to request job postings for faculty/staff, non-student temporary staff, students, and graduate students. Please note before submitting:

● Exempt or non-exempt statuses are auto-filled and based on the job code provided.
● A new posting will need to be created for postings under denied status.
● Seven-day wording will be manually added automatically. Language to support adjusting the posting dates not in the description of the posting will cause the posting to remain on the website as is or must be canceled and reposted
● AFSCME postings require Staff HR approval to post for more than the mandated 5 days.

Uploads eForms

Use one of the following eForms for any batch processing inquiries or questions.

Batch processing allows us to upload changes to the M-Pathways system for multiple employees at one time. When you have 20 or more of the same type of action to process, using a batch process can save you considerable time. We currently offer batch processing for:

● One-time additional pay
● Supervisor ID
● Comp rate changes
● Merit Upload

Please note that HR Coordinators will reach out to interested units for the annual merit process.
