This article will guide you step-by-step on how to publish an article in the TeamDynamix Knowledge Base.
Answer
1. Navigate to the article that you would like to publish. Make sure to review it for any mistakes/typos!
2. Click Approve on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. A pop-up window will appear.
4. By default, publishing the article will cause a notification to be sent to the owner of the article informing them of the change in Status. If you would like the owner to not be notified, you have to un-check the Notify Owner box.
5. Check the Publish to KB box. This is very important!
6. Optional: you can also add a comment in the Comments section to accompany your approval action of the article.
7. Perhaps the most important step: Don't forget to click Save.
► Tip: If you've successfully approved the article and it is officially published, you will no longer see the Approve and Reject options on the right-hand side of the article.
