Unable to Empty eProcurement (ePro) Shopping Cart - You have items left in your shopping cart

Issue

Unable to empty ePro Cart - You have items left in your shopping cart

Resolution

ITS created a utility that allows end-users to empty their ePro Cart when they have phantom items left in the shopping cart. This option will only appear when there are phantom items remaining in the cart.  To remove the phantom items from your cart follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Purchasing and Payments Homepage
  2. Click on the My Profile Tile
  3. Click on the Empty ePro Cart Button

After the ePro Cart is cleared, you should be able to place orders without issue. 

Note: The Empty ePro Cart button will only appear when there are phantom items in the cart and can not be deleted on the eProcurement Requisition pages.
