Issue

How do I request a U-M Google Shared Account for my department, group, team, or unit?

Resolution

  1. Review Shared Accounts in U-M Google for important information regarding Shared Accounts and their management.
  2. If you still want or need a Shared Account, click the Request a Shared Account button in the documentation linked above.
    • Once the request is submitted, it takes roughly 24 business hours for it to be processed.
    • Once the account is created, you will receive an email stating that the account is ready with the login information for the account and details on how to manage it moving forward.
