Issue

How to request a U-M Google Shared / Department Account.

Resolution

1. First, read over this document regarding Shared Accounts in U-M Google.
2. If you still want or need a Shared Account, click Request a Shared Account in the link above.
   • Once the request is submitted, it takes roughly 24 business hours for it to be processed.
   • Once the account is created, you will receive an email stating that the account is ready with the login information for the account.
