My Transcript Won't Open




Transcript will not open.


If you have clicked the button/link to view a transcript and nothing happened, there are two settings to check:

  1. Are pop-ups allowed?
    1. Pop-ups are used to display your transcript
      1. Look your browser bar for a "pop-ups blocked" warning and/or check your browser settings
    2. Enable pop-ups to see the transcript (see related knowledge article)
  2. In Language settings, is English your primary language?
    1. There is a known bug that blocks the transcript if your primary language is not set to English
    2. Make English the highest priority / main language in your browser settings to open a transcript
