Unofficial Transcript Won't Open

To view a transcript, you must allow pop-ups and your primary browser language must be set to English.

Environment

Student Business, Ann Arbor campus

Issue

Unofficial transcript isn't opening after clicking 'View Report'.

Resolution

The unofficial transcript not opening is generally due to browser settings. Check the following:

1. Are pop-ups allowed?
   1. Pop-ups are used to display your transcript
      1. Look your browser bar for a "pop-ups blocked" warning and/or check your browser settings
   2. Enable pop-ups to see the transcript (see 'Related Articles' section)
2. In Language settings, is English your primary language?
   1. There is a known bug that blocks the transcript if your primary language is not set to English
   2. Make English the highest priority / main language in your browser settings to open a transcript
