Issue
When I view a list of files or folders in Google Drive in my web browser, some files or folders disappear and I can no longer view them, even after refreshing the page.
Resolution
Google has confirmed that this was a known issue with Google Drive that has now been resolved. Once you clear your cache and cookies, it should not happen again.
- Confirm that the files or folders have not been deleted
- Clear cache/cookies for your browser
- Try to view your files or folders again
