Issue

Schedule Display service is severely degraded or out completely.

Resolution

In the event that the scheduling client application is down, devices would no longer be detectable and screens would appear inoperable. 

  • Assuming no other service-related outages as the cause, the limited Major Incident process would be followed by the Schedule Display service team
  • The work-around would be for users to look up calendars on an alternative device
    • Room schedules are resource calendars that can be found on Google Calendar pages
