DART and Document Imaging / Perceptive Experience
Issue
How do I get access to view the documentation tabs in the DART system with links to view documents? When I click on those links I am unable to view the documents.
Resolution
The DART System contains three links that reference the Document Imaging system. Each link requires different Document Imaging role(s) in order to view the information.
- The link found on the Constituent Documentation and Interactions tab in DART requires the role DEVELOPMENT View
- There are two links found on the Documentation tab of a Fund or Purpose in DART
- The link for Endowments requires the role FIN ENDOWMENT View
- The link for Expendables requires a combination of the following roles: FIN ENDOWMENT View, FIN FUND View, and FIN FUND GIFT View
- You may only need one role or all three roles depending on what is appropriate for your position
Submit an OARS request (see related article for directions) for the role(s) needed. Once access is processed, the user will be able to click on the DART links and view the appropriate documentation.
