DART and Document Imaging
Issue
How do I get access to view the links in the DART system to view actual documents stored in the Document Imaging system? When I click on those links, I am unable to view the documents.
Resolution
The DART system contains three links that integrate with the Document Imaging system. Each link requires a different Document Imaging security role in order to view the documents.
- The link found on a given individual's Documentation and Interactions tab > Constituent Documentation tab requires the security role DEVELOPMENT View
- There are two links found on the Documentation tab of a Fund or Purpose
- The link for Endowments requires the security role FIN ENDOWMENT View
- The link for Expendables requires a combination of the following security roles: FIN ENDOWMENT View, FIN FUND View, and FIN FUND GIFT View
- You may only need one role or all three roles depending on what is appropriate for your position
Submit an OARS request for the role(s) needed. Once access is approved and processed, you will be able to click on the DART links and view the appropriate documentation.
