MPrint: Release Follow Me Jobs Using Android Phone

Issue

How do I release Follow Me print jobs using an Android phone?

Resolution

1. You can either use your computer to print to the Follow Me print queue or upload a print job through the MPrint Mobile App, from your mobile device. In both cases, you can use your Android device to release the job at the printer.
2. Using your phone, launch the MPrint Mobile App. It will open to the Select Jobs page. Choose which jobs you would like to send to a printer and swipe left to continue.
   • To delete a document, select and hold the print job.

3. Now, you can see a list of nearby printers with a Bluetooth Beacon enabled or choose to scan the QR Code located directly on the printer itself.
   • To scan the printer’s QR Code, select the Scanner button (on the bottom of the Choose Printer page) and hover over the physical printer’s QR code.
4. After choosing a printer from the list, or scanning a QR code, the jobs you selected for release will be sent to the chosen printer.
