Take Ownership of an Unassigned TeamDynamix Ticket

Issue

At times, staff working a TeamDynamix ticket need to assign the ticket to themselves.

Resolution

Note: "Incident" is used here as an example.

  1. Click the ticket name of the ticket you want to reassign
  2. In the ticket details window, choose Take Incident from the Actions menu
