Issue
How can I order a Duo hardware token/YubiKey?
Resolution
Duo hardware tokens/YubiKeys can be ordered from the Tech Shop via the online ordering form.
- Search for "duo" in the search window
- Add the item to your cart.
- Select your fulfillment method (In store pickup, Delivery on Campus (Ann Arbor) or UPS Shipping). Please note customers are responsible for any UPS shipping charges.
- A credit for the amount of the token will be applied when you check-out. No payment is needed unless UPS Shipping is selected.
For those who cannot use the Duo Mobile app, hardware token purchases are funded by Information and Technology Services (ITS). This program provides hardware token and YubiKey options, all of which are available by request through Tech Shop. Limit one funded hardware token per individual and one funded YubiKey per individual.
