Issue

How can I order a Duo hardware token/YubiKey?

Resolution

Duo hardware tokens/YubiKeys can be ordered from the Tech Shop via the online ordering form.

1. Search for "duo" in the search window.
2. Add the item to your cart. 
3. Select your fulfillment method (In store pickup, Delivery on Campus (Ann Arbor) or UPS Shipping). 
4. A credit for the amount of the token will be applied when you check-out. No payment is needed.
   1. Limit one funded hardware token per individual and one funded YubiKey per individual. 
   2. UPS Ground shipping option is free for Duo hardware tokens. 

Additional Information

For those who cannot use the Duo Mobile app, hardware token purchases are funded by Information and Technology Services (ITS). This program provides hardware token and YubiKey options, all of which are available by request through Tech Shop.
