Letter About Health Insurance for Auto Insurance

Issue

I need a letter about the U-M health insurance for my auto insurance.

Resolution

You can create the letter in Wolverine Access.

1. Go to Employee Self Service > Benefits > Health Care Plan Verification tile. 
2. Select the tile.
3. Click the "Create Auto Verification Letter" button. 
4. The letter will be displayed in a new window and can be printed by clicking the print icon in the upper right-hand order of the letter.

Employees who are not enrolled in U-M health insurance will receive an error message.

This is also known as the Health Care Plan Verification Letter for the Michigan No-Fault Personal Injury Protections coverage.
