Adding Attachments While Using a Ticketing App

Issue

In a TDX notification to a user, attachments will not be sent if the Add Attachments feature on the ticket is used.

Resolution

To attach a file to a ticket while in a TDX Ticketing app (as opposed to the Client Portal), use the Update feature in the Actions drop-down menu and add the attachment to the attachment field.
