Issue
I need to add a attachment to a TDX ticket
Resolution
To attach a file to a ticket while in a TDXNext/WorkManagement (https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDWorkManagement/), Open the ticket you want to add an attachment to
In the Right hand menu next to Attachments, click the + Button (Add Attachments).
or
Select Actions then Update in the drop-down menu and add the attachment to the attachment field.
Private Attachments:
Attachments can be marked as Private, which hides them from users in the Client Portal. In the Ticketing application, after adding the attachment to the ticket, check the Private box below the attachment to make it hidden from the requester.
